Different degrees of complexity to satisfy a wide range of EPS (expanded polystyrene) moulded products, thanks to the up-to-date ALESSIOHITECH machinery technology, controlled and managed by the ALESSIOHITECH windows based software installed on touch screen industrial pc.
User-friendly, with pre-defined and tested processes, a full range of options and variety of sequences to manage the whole process cycle, characterised by the ALESSIOHITECH know-how : combining moulding, insert and/or film loading, thermoforming, demoulding and unloading, viewing of the cycle phases in real time and recording of production data.

Mould change: - ALESSIOHITECH QUICK MOULD CHANGE (time needed ~ 20/40 minutes depending on mould size) - ALESSIOHITECH SEMI-AUTOMATIC MOULD CHANGE (time needed ~ 5/10 minutes)
Crystallisation: third steam plant to realise crystallised eps surfaces in combination with special moulds, with specific cycles to control the crystallisation process – one of ALESSIOHITECH’s distinguished and widely recognised specialty.
Elastification: upgraded machine version to achieve elastified panels by compression of eps beads.
PM line is the standard ALESSIOHITECH eps shape moulding machine - easy to use - Possibility of mounting your existing moulds - Variety of sizes available and personalised solutions - Simple unloading of moulded product on motorised conveyor belt.
The vertical unloader gives the opportunity of unloading the moulded products from the bottom part of the machine onto one or two or more levels.
ALESSIOHITECH’s top range whose main features are: - Automation by aerial robot with double frames to perform the following tasks: - insert/film loading with multiple solutions available for personalised requirements - Finished product unloading and stacking both by vacuum and pneumatic control included that allow various solutions for different types of inserts to be loaded onto the mould. A variety of possible solutions with increasing degree of automation characterises the range: a full working station allowing to minimize the need for an operator. The machine can also be upgraded for elastification of panels.
